Sérgio Garcês Marques, born in 1982, is a Lisbon-based architectural photographer with a specialized focus on capturing the essence of architecture since 2011. His journey began with an Architecture degree from FA UTL in 2006, followed by a career in various architectural studios. This path led him to work as an assistant to the renowned architectural photographer Fernando Guerra, a role that ignited his passion for storytelling through photography. Sérgio’s mission is to craft images that serve as both stunning artworks and effective communication tools, always aiming to encapsulate the humanity within architecture.
