Laurent Gueneau is a photographer who explores the relationship between nature and urban space. He uses his intuition and a large-format camera to capture the fragile balance between these two elements. He is known for his work on imperial tombs in Hue, Vietnam, and for his photographs of urban landscapes in Eastern Europe. In 2005, he was invited to Guangzhou to work on a new project that explores the relationship between urban and plant life. He has since continued exploring urban landscapes and collaborated with the National Monuments Center.
