The design of the building was influenced by the repetition and systematization present in the surrounding working-class housing.
The building’s program and shape were determined by the terrain’s morphological condition, and it adapts to the terrain by running longitudinally and defining its boundaries.
To provide privacy and a sense of isolation, the building faces the street with only the main entrance and car access, while the more intimate spaces face the interior of the terrain.
The program is divided into a social area near the street and a private area away from it, with the exception of the garage, which is located at the north end of the land.
The building’s shape is defined by three main volumes oriented from north to south, each with an inclined roof system, creating a clear and hierarchical interior.
