Philip Johnson

Philip Johnson was an American architect and one of the most influential figures in 20th-century architecture. Johnson is best known for his contributions to the International Style of architecture, a modernist movement that emphasized clean lines, simple forms, and the use of new materials such as glass and steel. Throughout his career, Johnson worked on a wide range of projects, including office buildings, museums, and cultural centers, and was awarded numerous honors, including the Pritzker Prize, the highest honor in architecture.
