2025 gathers the architecture projects completed in 2025 that ArchEyes has published. Highlights include Sordo Madaleno’s Arte Abierto open-air gallery in Baja California Sur, Tui Studio’s louvre-wrapped Half Solid House in Vietnam, TETRO’s Xingu House in Brazil, Nikken Sekkei’s community hub in Machida and new multifamily housing in Mexico City’s Roma Norte. Across houses, schools, cafes and public spaces, the year’s work favors renovation, passive climate control and an expressive use of concrete, timber and brick.
